Fit Fridays: Florida Edition

FitFridays

I just realized I forgot to post last Friday!

So, this week and last week, all I did was run and jog and walk. No Insanity. My mom and aunt walk also. I do a 3 mile loop with them, walking mostly, and jogging a bit. And when alone I will sprint, jog, do fartleks, and walk when I feel like i’m going to die.

Then I take Roey for walks in that magical stroller of his for at least a mile/mile and a half. But those walks are relaxed, not heart pumpin’.

I’ve done absolutely no strength work. No insanity. No abs. No yoga. Barely any stretching after my cardio.

My eating is 100% crappy. I’m eating all the time. All. The. Time.

Even with as much outdoor activity as I’m getting, I swear my body is in worse shape than before #FML.

I love being able to run outside though. It’s a much more pleasant experience than running in place on the dreadmill. I can sprint at random, sing along to my music while running and nobody will look at me funny, and feel like I’m getting something done because the scenery is always changing.

I better get it in as much as I can. I’ve only got a few more days of this warmth!!

How has your exercise and your eating been lately?

Totally Unrelated:

Watch Dr. Oz today if you can, you may see somebody you know….at the end….playing charades…

Have a great weekend girls!

I am just getting into running myself! I did my first 5K outdoors (well, not the official race - just running with the boyfriend and his dad) and it was a great experience. You keep it up and you will have that bod back!!

I've decided that I need to start Insanity again and actually finish it.

I can't wait to see your little bundle!!!!!!! You're so lucky you can workout during your pregnancy. I think that would've made all the difference for me. I hope I get my body back or I'll just keep getting pregnant back to back to back to back so I have an excuse to stay plump in the middle :)

Keep it up lady! I've been working hard on my pregnancy weight. So far I'm at 21.5 weeks and I've gained 10lbs hoping to again another 20-25lbs. I biked 3.5 miles today :)

You will definitely get your body back lady. You are motivated and that's what counts. Enjoy the sunshine with family and little Roey!
