I’m so surprised about the response I got to the new term “MOMSHELL!” I’m glad it resonates so well with you ladies. I’m going to share my momshell plan with you soon, but by the end of this year I intend to be one! (Even if – god willing – I’m pregnant at that point)

This week wasn’t the best, workout-wise or nutrition-wise. I realize I need to get my workout done during Roey’s morning nap or else everything gets all screwy. I also have to plan around outings better. I’m so used to being home all day that when I am out most of the day I am not doing well at fitting everything I need to do in around the outing.
I’m back on track with eating as of yesterday, and next week I go to Florida and for the next two weeks will have healthy meals (prepared for me!!) and lots of outdoor runs and hands to help with Roey while I work out. I love vacays!

Good luck with that Dani! Just keep up with it and you’ll get that Momshell body back soon. That, or you could pull a Beyonce, and hire your trainer to move in with you for a few months. It might be a bit much though. Just a bit.

This wasn’t my week either. I worked out but I didn’t eat that great. Hope this week is better for the both of us!
