So yesterday was another in-house workout day. I did everything on my own, and John came home just in time to help me with my pullups, which, by the way, I’ve gotten stronger with already! Is that possible? or is John just trying to gas my head up?
I did everything holding a 10 in each hand. Except triceps where I used only one 10 held in both hands.
These were still tough, and I loved them. I think I love doing leg work, it hurts but I like the pain and I like the struggle.
It felt a bit easier, even though it was more reps today than Monday. I think I’m going to do 16s in each hand on Friday.
I did no negatives this time. Just assisted pullups with not much rest in between each one. My back is killing me today.
I did these 1 handed and slow instead of doing both arms at once like I did Monday. I felt more balanced and strong.

I did 3 sets of the overhead things again, and then 2 sets of the dips. I feel like since I’m not doing the “prescribed” pushdown, that I should do something extra to make up for “cheating” on the routine….I know…I’m just a weirdo…
I forgot I wanted to do these one legged, so I ended up doing 4 sets, the first was on both legs the rest 1-legged.
Oh, and I was feeling gangsta and wanted to do more so I did 3 sets of walking lunges. Holy Moly. This exercise hurts like crazy and I love it. By the last 3 steps of each set I was wobbly and panting and….I dunno but I just loved it.
