My life revolves around raising my beautiful new baby boy, Rohan, and being a good wife to my best friend, John, that I married back in 2010. We live in the NYC area. I love my family (mom, dad and lil bro) fiercely.
I work as a life coach and am very passionate about helping women live the life they dream up for themselves. I got certified at NYU, and am in school for a Masters degree in Counseling (Marriage & Family Therapy). I also do freelance writing, and blog here, and at my natural hair care blog.
I’m into natural hair care, wellness, blogland, parenting, reality tv (seriously!), vacations,, running and working out, teasing bad movies, reading good books, trying out recipes, practicing the law of attraction and just being the best me I can be (corny, but true!).
This blog covers my take on parenting, and my journey to balancing motherhood, entrepreneurship and sanity…along with motivational and informative articles. I consider this more than a “mommy blog” but you will also find tons of photos of my adorable lil boy here too, in true mommy blog tradition.
