John and I had a date night last night and were doing some reminiscing…. Do you guys play “This Time Last Year” too?
We were reminded how almost exactly a year ago I was SO SCARED about the pregnancy. I remember everything about that day so clearly, and reading that again just brought all those feelings back up. All that worry for nothing. I’ve got this healthy chunk of a son here.

Life changes so fast! Time flies, and memories begin to fade. I’m so glad I can look back at some of my life in blog form.
This time two years ago I was obsessed with babies….my clock was tickin! I failed at dying my hair (this is a recurring theme in my life). And I responded to some low key shade thrown my way about my spending habits LOL. I also was clearing out clutter (yet another recurring theme…I stay filling bags for goodwill! FML)
This time 3 years ago I had just returned from a month traveling solo around Guatemala eating good, climbing stuff, doing yoga and learning Spanish. I wish I was blogging back then. I was only keeping a hair blog back in those days.
Do you ever look back on your blog and reminisce? Do you play “this time last year” in real life?
TOTALLY UNRELATED: Did you notice the “edgy” curls video on the side of my blog. I’m loving that hairstyle on Beyonce, on the model…meh. That would take me forever to do! Stylists are so fast!
oh my gosh favorite.game.EVER. Not my hubbies favorite game though…but he hates “imagine if…” game more. He is such a realist sometimes I feel like a 5 year old around him! But maybe that’s why we’re so good together, because who doesn’t want to feel like a kid now and then? Besides my hubby?

You looked so super cute preggo..I was just going through all of my old pregnancy photos this month because it was Rae’s first birthday a couple weeks ago and it seemed fitting to do so…time flies. I am so obsessed with photos, in fact, I have over 2000 pics saved on my iphone (maybe this is why it’s currently crapping out on me?) and I can’t seem to get rid of them (even though they’re saved to me comp and on a disc) because they’re all Raegan when she was first born etc. Ugh, I need to go through them, don’t I?
