Bantu Knot Out

This bantu knot out was done on hair that was flatironed about 2 days ago.
I did 4 knots.  (forgot to take pics of it – but it was one knot on top, one knot on each side and one in the back on bottom.)

Left them overnight, and in the morning when I loosened them this was the result:

Loved it and DH even commened on it (that’s a BIG deal).
I’m going to try again tonight with 8 knots instead of 4.

30 Days of Truth: Day 6

Day 06 → Something you hope you never have to do.

Ugh!

Reading the day 6 prompt made me immediately think of two things:

1. outliving my children
2. having to get me and my family out of a burning building (i’m kinda scared of fire)

I don’t want to expand on that…and honestly, I mean…do I even need to?  ::shudder::

Hopefully the day 7 prompt is something nice and fuzzy rainbow sunshine cuz I don’t like the dark ones.

Below this post there’s the winner of the giveaway, chiggedy check it out.
